Instructions for the Video Recording Presentation

 

Please notice that the pre-recorded video should be an MP4 file, and the resolution is recommended to be 720P.

 

All presentation slides have to use uniform presentation template, please download the presentation template by yourself.

For the pre-recorded videos, you may use PowerPoint to record your presentation and audio directly or you may consider using Zoom to record your presentation with webcam video. Kindly refer to the following two links for the instructions:

Other reminders

• It is highly recommended that you use headset to record your video. Try to do the recording in quiet, indoor locations to control ambient noise.
• When possible, connection to the internet with a physical cable connection, not just Wi-Fi.
• Please close all unnecessary applications before you start recoding your video.
• You could either record the screen of PowerPoint slides only, or record your screen along with the slide.
