Each participant attending the conference needs to complete their own registration form, with payment to the Conference Secretariat. Please read the information below before completing the form.

Early bird discount deadline is 15 September 2014.

Delegates Entitlement

The registration fees entitle the delegates to the following:

  • Access to all lectures in the Scientific Sessions
  • Access to the Exhibition area
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Lunches and Coffee / Tea Break
  • Program Book, Postgraduate Course and Abstract book
  • Gala Dinner

All delegates will be considered as registered only after payment is full received.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellation must be informed in writing. All bank service charges shall be deducted from the refunded amount. All refund shall be made only 30 day after the event.

  • If your category is "Trainees and Residents", Release proof of status is required.
  • Registration fees paid by credit card will be converted into New Taiwan Dollars, based on a fixed foreign exchange rate of US$ to NT$ which is US$1 to NT$30.
